Last Saturday, on September 3rd, we celebrated Claire’s first birthday. The day couldn’t be more perfect. We spent it with family and friends watching children run barefoot in the grass while enjoying some amazing Polish, Macedonian, Norwegian and English food to celebrate Claire’s heritage.
