Few months ago, Chris told me that for his birthday he wanted a weekend trip. So the weekend trip he got. Last Saturday we took a drive to Palm Springs. We started the weekend off with a stroll through the Palm Springs Art Museum, cocktails by the pool at the Ace hotel, and a glorious dinner at the Lord Fletcher Inn. And next morning, we drove to Joshua Tree.

Palm Springs is a perfect spot to get away from the day to day living in L.A. (don’t know if you’re from L.A., but Palm Springs is still great to get away to). I’ve always wanted to stay at the ACE.
