Late nights, Turkish coffee on the porch, shopska salad (feta, garden fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and more feta) … that’s Macedonia. Add to that freshest air, welcoming locals and beautiful sunsets. Once again Europe proves that simplicity of life is something we should cherish more in our day to day lives. I cannot wait to go back.
